Prices are trending firm for bone-in breasts, tenders and boneless skinless
breasts; steady to firm for most dark meat items and wings. Trucklot buying
activity is moderate to good as dealers assess market conditions entering
the week. Offerings of boneless skinless breasts, tenders and bone-in
breasts are tight with premiums noted; wings and most dark meat cuts are
light to moderate with thighs and thigh meat noted in a better position.
Market activity is moderate to active.
